You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. Each subscription delivery includes a new puzzle title selected by Jigsaw Vibe to ensure a fresh and engaging puzzling experience.
We do not accept returns of titles but ensure no repeat titles through tracking.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy
Jigsaw Vibe stands by the quality of our puzzles with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with a puzzle, we will either refund your purchase or resend a new puzzle at no additional cost.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team at support@jigsawvibe.com. Provide your order details and a brief explanation of the issue, and we will promptly address your concern.
8. Limitation of Liability
Jigsaw Vibe is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jigsaw Vibe, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or Services.
